I purchased a horsehair bracelet from Tail End Jewellery as a Christmas present recently. I had great communication with them prior to the purchase for all the silly questions I had and then the item arrived promptly and well packaged. It was beautiful and so well put together that you wouldnt even know it was made of real hair. My friend loved it but broke the clasp shortly after wearing it for the first time. I contacted Tail End Jewellery and they were very kind and understanding. I returned it to them and they promptly fixed the clasp and shortened the bracelet all for free and within a week! Cannot recommend them highly enough - great customer service and such a stunning product! Thank you!

After having said goodbye to my horse very unexpectedly I thought that would be the last I saw of him. My instructor very kindly took some of his tail hair having used Tail End Jewellery before. A few days later she presented me with the hair and the web address for this company. It took me a month to pluck up the courage to look at the site and open the bag containing his tail. I looked at everything available and even compared it to other sites., the quality of Tail End Jewellery was far superior to all the others and I was fortunate to have personal recommendation. i bit the bullet and placed my order sending what i hoped was enough hair. The order went to the back of my mind until one day I signed for a package thinking "what have I ordered?". The jewellery was beautiful, far better than I expected and an amazing reminder of my boy, a few tears were shed. Not only did they return the unused hair but they also included a small refund for an error I had not even noticed on the website. For many years (and occasionally now) I worked for Mrs Jennifer Williams at Pendley Stud. In 2009 she had no option but to have her beloved stallion 'Ottergayle" put to sleep....I stayed with him until the final moments, which was obviously heartbreaking as I had known, loved and worked with this fantastic animal for a long while. Many people knew and loved Ottergayle, but as Mrs Williams quoted in a letter to me "Ottergayle was like an artist, not fully appreciated until gone".....How true her words are. Ottergayle was so much more than a horse to Jennifer and I know she misses him still everyday.....I took some of his tail and sent it to you....It was Jennifer's Christmas gift from Ottergayle through me....She was so grateful and quite overwhelmed...It meant and still means so much to her.....She still has a little piece of her Ottergayle with her always.....and his legacy lives on in his children, so many of which have had/are having top showing careers......Thank you Tail End Jewellery.....Keep up the good work.
